Innovate

Innovation is our motivation. It gives us the energy to tackle urban issues in a new and profound way. We find new remarkable solutions by challenging the status quo and deviating from the beaten path and we like to share this point of view with our clients.

Surprise

Who does not want to be surprised by solutions that you did not recognized yourself? Where others often choose the conventional and familiar, we choose the unexpected, unanticipated and ask ourselves ‘why are we doing it this way’?

Connect

We explore new collaboration opportunities and bring uncommon partners in contact with each other in order to move forward and innovate the built environment. We connect Dutch urban knowledge and experience to Canadian spatial challenges and visa versa.

Our services

Consultancy

Stadsruim understands how urban strategies, visions and plans are created, how urban development processes work, and how projects are developed. It is always a balance between efficient and valuable on one hand and transparent and integer on the other. We like to share our knowledge with you and give you advice on urban planning issues.

Research

Stadsruim stays curious, that is in our nature. We like to understand how things work and why they are the way they are. We ask the hard questions and look for unfamiliar answers. We will do our research in order to help you find the best solution.

process and project management

Projects and processes require leadership. Which we like to offer. Projects and processes often appear to be the same, but they are always different. They constantly require an approach suitable for the task at hand. That task is always unique. Stadsruim offers that unique approach.

Innovation

The challenge of today resembles that of yesterday, yet it is different. Everyday our surroundings change. Which means that it is more difficult to tackle todays challenges with yesterdays organisation. Stadsruim is aware of that and holds up a mirror today, so that the challenge of tomorrow will be exciting instead of difficult.
